Participation in the Danish programme means that all the healthcare professionals must participate in the whole programme; this includes participation in the final evaluation meeting and conference for all the exchange candidates.

To benefit fully from the programme and participate in a qualified way in professional discussions during their stay in Denmark, the professionals should have a detailed knowledge of hospital and health systems in their own country at both national and regional level. As the professionals´ backgrounds differ considerably, many subjects will be discussed generally without going into details. 

Healthcare professionals should have sufficient proficiency in English. Therefore healthcare professionals should brush up the language as much as possible before the attachment. The national coordinator will test the knowledge of the language of the hospital professionals joining before the attachment is confirmed.
